Take the hour long trip from Temora to Young and explore Australia's cherry capital. Explore the orchards filled with cherries, apricots and plums and tantalise your taste buds with local jams from Poppa's Jam and Fudge Factory. Be sure to check out some of the regions wineries along the way including the acclaimed Grove Estate. Have fun with the family as you problem solve your way out of The Rustic Maze and Country Garden.

Next you can head to the birthplace of Australian writer, Henry Lawson - Grenfell. Explore Ben Hall's Cave and Weddin Mountains if you're after a bit of adventure, or for a cultural fix visit the Grenfell Museum and Historical Society or the numerous Henry Lawson Tributes dotted throughout the town.
