Temora Greyhound Racing Club was established in March 1957 on 15 acres of ground purchased for 600 pounds and is still going strong today in its current location, Gallipoli Street next to Nixon Park.

Temora Greyhound Racing Club boasts amongst its many winners of record 'Zoom Top' a dog which held nine titles throughout NSW, VIC, QLD and WA. Today the club continues to see many great winners from its 30 race meetings per year and the sport of Greyhound Racing while the business is still very much a family affair with an increase of local trainers and pups each year.
