Birds N' Binos at Lake Cowal

Grab your binoculars and join fellow bird enthusiasts for a day of birdwatching at the beautiful Lake Cowal Conservation Centre. As part of the annual Aussie Bird Count, this citizen science event gives participants the opportunity to identify and record local bird species while contributing valuable data to BirdLife Australia's nationwide survey.

Explore one of the region's important wildlife habitats and discover the diversity of birdlife that calls Lake Cowal home. Whether you're an experienced birdwatcher or simply curious about the birds in your backyard, this event is a great way to learn, connect with nature and support conservation research. Participants are encouraged to download the Aussie Bird Count app and contribute their observations during the survey.
