Community Bowls and Cultural BBQ - Welcoming Event

In our community, sport plays an immense role by providing a multitude of opportunities for people to connect, network and make friends.

Temora’s Welcoming Committees Community Bowls & Cultural BBQ event is designed for new Temora Residents (5 years and under) to connect with other established Temora residents over a game of social barefoot bowls, while sharing traditional, cultural food.

Whether you are a new Temora resident or have been here for some time, come along, bring a plate of traditional cultural food to share (if you wish), enjoy an Aussie BBQ, play some bowls and make new connections in a fun and inclusive environment.

Date: Sunday 6th November

Time: 3pm

Location: Temora Bowling Club, Loftus Street.

RSVP’s & Dietary Requirements to: sward@temora.nsw.gov.au

 Children are welcome.

We’d like to thank Temora Bowling Club for the use of the greens. Clubs like the Temora Bowling Club act as a great function space with a bar, BBQ facilities, children’s play area and bowls facilities, making it the perfect place to host an event.

We’d also like to thank the NSW Government as this event has been funded through the Reconnecting Regional NSW – Community Grants fund.
