Meet the Collective’s dancers, learn a couple of simple pieces with all the dancers and be ready for the fun to start early! No professional dance experience needed - We’re looking for people who love dancing and who would help keep the dancing happening out on the floor at various times during the event. 

Dance Makers Collective’s mission is to revive the social impact of bygone eras through making dance accessible to as many people as possible and creating memorable dance experiences for the whole community. 

The music will be from the mid-century, so from the 1940's - 1960's and will include a mixture of genres including swing, blues, jazz, soul and a little bit of rock.

 Workshops will be held on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th, the Town Hall, from 6pm - 8pm.
