“But it's not just about the price tag anymore. People are on the lookout for shopping experiences that are super convenient. Especially after the rollercoaster of the pandemic, shoppers are being really thoughtful about what they buy.”
Templar continued “..just opening a shop and helping people as they come in, that doesn't cut it anymore. Things have shifted.”
