The Temora Aviation Museum’s March 2022 Aircraft Showcase event will feature all serviceable aircraft from the RAAF 100SQN Temora Historic Flight Collection.
which includes the Supermarine Spitfires, CA-13 Boomerang, Lockheed Hudson, CA-16 Wirraway, DH-82A Tiger Moth, English Electric Canberra, A-37 Dragonfly, DH-115 Vampire T35 and Ryan STM S2. As well as the Museum’s Cessna O-2A and visiting Warbird Aircraft.
At Temora you can get closer to the action as you witness a themed selection of Australia’s ex-military flying history come alive.
The gates will open at 10 am, with flying scheduled to start at approximately 11:30am.
Aircraft Showcase promises to deliver a full day of entertainment for all generations, including:
– Flying displays demonstrating the aircraft’s capabilities
– Informative commentary and music
– Guided tour of static exhibition
– Interviews with pilots and veterans
– Children’s playground
– Pilot meet and greet
Our Mess Hall serves freshly cooked food and a selection of cold refreshments. Barista coffee is also available, and you are welcome to bring your own picnic to enjoy in our shaded seating or grassed areas.
Draft Aircraft Showcase
10.00am – Gates Open
10.30am – “Guided Hangar Tour” or “Winging It” Q&A with Guest Speaker
11.30pm- 2:30pm- Flying Program (all serviceable aircraft)
2:30pm- 3:30pm – Flightline Tour (meet and greet with the pilots and engineers)
4.00pm – Museum Close
