Kids yoga is back this school holidays by popular demand!
In a world that often feels busy, noisy and overstimulating, these classes offer children a chance to slow down, move their bodies, build confidence, connect with others and learn simple tools to support emotional regulation and resilience.
Through playful yoga, mindfulness activities, breathing exercises, games and relaxation, your child will experience:
