Walk By Your Side

Mental health awareness walk, breakfast, guest speaker and thai chi class.

Participants will be encouraged to walk the track around the lake mindfully and whist being present , followed by a free cooked and a cereal breakfast

Temora’s Paralympian will then give a mental health resilience presentation, and anyone interested can also participate in a thai chi class by the lakeside.

Everyone will be encourage to wear something that feels like them, and kids will be encouraged to ride their bike with a best decorated bike award being awarded.
