A fifth and sixth generation family property located 20 minutes west of Temora, off Burley Griffin Way, offering a peaceful and private rural retreat with two renovated, self-contained train carriages. Here you will find little ‘pockets of gold’ everywhere you look!
The City Circle provides spacious open plan accommodation for a couple or a single with a king size bed, full size bathroom, large living area with billiard table, dining area and kitchen. Outdoor bath.
The Overlander is ideal for a family or two couples travelling together with three separate sleeping compartments – queen size bed, double bed and single bed. Large living and dining area furnished with family antiques. Shower room and two toilets.
Alongside their stunning train carriages, Country Carriage B&B boasts an extensive collection of horse-drawn farm machinery, wagons, sulkies, carts, and a Pioneers Cottage filled with furniture and memorabilia from the late 1800s and early 1900s.
Upon request, they offer guided tours of the property, where you can learn about cropping and sheep farming, meet their Clydesdales and working sheepdog, and explore the Pioneers Cottage and sheds housing the impressive collection of horse-drawn equipment.
